Facilitator/Science Educator

About the role

The UNE Discovery Voyager program develops and facilitates STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Maths) play-based, interactive activities, which are delivered in schools and other educational settings to students from K-Yr10 in regional NSW. The Discovery Voyager Senior Science Educator will work closely with the UNE Discovery Voyager Team Leader and take a lead role in developing, facilitating and delivering STEAM activities in schools in northern NSW. They will work with team members and UNE academics to develop and coordinate relevant content for these activities.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and organisational skills. It is essential that you have good time management skills and work well in a team.
