Facilities and Building Maintenance

• NCII Holder / with experience is advantage.
• Focuses on the physical structure (walls, roof, doors) and basic systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to preserve integrity and comfort.
• Conduct routine checks of the building's interior, exterior, and equipment to identify needed repairs or hazards.
• Handle landscaping, trash removal, , and general exterior upkeep.
• Ensure the facility meets safety regulations, respond to hazards, and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or maintenance roles.
• Basic knowledge of building trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
