Facilities and Maintenance Assistant Manage

We are hiring for FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electric Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing maintenance operations for facilities and equipment, with a strong emphasis on reliability and uptime, and with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a facilities or maintenance department, overseeing teams and coordinating activities.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with familiarity in managing high-pressure equipment, complex mechanical systems, and production-related infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to improve machine reliability and reduce operational downtime.
