facilities and maintenance technician

SPECIFICATION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.).

2. Conducts minor repairs and adjustments to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.

4. Ensures that the facility meets health and safety standards.

5. Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment or systems.

6. Coordinates with vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance needs.

7. Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, and materials used.

8. Maintains cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment.
