Job Description
The Facilities & Vendor Management Senior / Specialist is a junior leader responsible for end-to-end ownership of facilities operations, vendor management, and workplace standards at 2X Philippines. This role drives facilities improvements, manages budgets, and leads teams to deliver a high quality, safe, and efficient work environment
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end facilities operations, ensuring critical systems are operational 24/7.
• Lead vendor accreditation, negotiation, procurement, contract renewals, and performance management.
• Oversee engineering and maintenance of building systems (BMS, AC, electrical, safety systems).
• Develop and implement office space planning, asset management, and workplace improvements.
• Manage facilities budgets, cost-benefit analyses, billings, and expense optimization.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable the pantry, housekeeping, reception, and security teams.
