**Salary** £26,000 depending on experience.

**Working Pattern:** Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week

**Scope**

Provide hands-on facilities support across the site, completing small tasks to maintain a safe, clean and well-presented workplace. The role covers minor repairs and basic maintenance, grounds management, 5S/housekeeping support, and coordination of small works with contractors as needed.

**Role Purpose**

The Facilities Associate supports day-to-day site upkeep by completing practical, hands-on tasks that keep facilities safe, compliant and in good working order.
