**Facilities Call Center Specialist – Night Shift**

Menlo Park, CA (Onsite) | $31.52–$ 41.59/hr

Shift hours - (10:00pm – 6:30am), Wednesday – Sunday

**What You'll Do:**

+ Answer and triage incoming service requests
+ Dispatch Facilities personnel and coordinate responses
+ Monitor radio communications and maintain accurate records
+ Utilize dispatch and work order management systems
+ Collaborate with Facilities, Security, and Operations teams

**What We're Looking For:**

+ 4+ years of dispatch, call center, facilities coordination, or related experience
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Typing speed of 25+ WPM
+ Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
