Coordinate all Facilities Management tasks relating to the corporate office spaces. The position aligns department goals, objective, and activities to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The facilities coordinator forms part of the Astron Facilities Management team, and a key contact liaison for the outsourced facilities management service provider, internal corporate business units, and other external stakeholders in relation with the facilities management services. The coordinator will support the Head of Facilities and the Facilities Management team in ensuring governance, corporate compliance, SHEQ activities and any processes and procedures across the property portfolio.
- Financial control and management of expenditure for the department.
- Liaison with finance controllers & representatives regarding budget expenditure, actuals, and variances.
- Exploring value adding opportunities that reduce short- and long-term costs to the business.
