Job Description
Ensure property compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and quick issue resolution.
Manage contracts, vendors, and procurement to ensure quality and compliance.
Maintain inventory, monitor supply levels, and prepare purchase requests.
Coordinate with employees, visitors, and property management on facility matters.
Ensure workplace safety, conduct audits, and manage risk prevention.
Keep all permits, licenses, and ISO documents up to date and compliant.
Monitor reports and client deliverables for accuracy and timeliness.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance service quality.
