Job Description

• Ensure property compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and quick issue resolution.
• Manage contracts, vendors, and procurement to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory, monitor supply levels, and prepare purchase requests.
• Coordinate with employees, visitors, and property management on facility matters.
• Ensure workplace safety, conduct audits, and manage risk prevention.
• Keep all permits, licenses, and ISO documents up to date and compliant.
• Monitor reports and client deliverables for accuracy and timeliness.
