Job Description
Key Result Areas:
· Soft Services
a. Supervise Service Desk Officers, Mail Room Staff and sub-contractors.
b. Facilitate room reservation requests.
c. Maintain key assignment register and facilitate requests for key / badge issuance.
d. Manage car park register and ensure that all are updated and properly coordinated with the client and the building management.
e. Maintain procurement inventory of supplies and other related records (e.g. consumption, etc.).
· Hard Services
a. Assist the Facilities Engineer in coordinating with and supervise vendors and contractors for projects.
b. Conduct regular inspection of the premises and ensure to report findings and/or unusual observations to the Service Desk / FM.
c. Monitor work order requests, complaints and maintenance deficiencies reported and ensure that these are completed and closed on time.
