Facilities Crew Member

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Facilities Crew Member to support the upkeep, repair, and improvement of our facilities. If you are hands-on, proactive, and take pride in quality work, we would be glad to meet you.

Qualifications:

• At least college level or TESDA NC graduate
• Skilled in one or more of the following: Electrical works, Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing or related technical trades
• Experience in facilities maintenance is an advantage but not a requirement
• Strong initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to learn and continuously improve
• Creative and resourceful in solving on-site concerns
• Organized and able to maintain proper documentation
• Can communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective facilities maintenance
• Assist in repairs, installations, and facility improvements
