Job Description
- Develops detailed floor plans that optimize workflow—the movement of people, materials, and machinery.
- Ensures all designs meet local building codes, fire safety standards, and industry-specific regulations (such as HACCP or GMP for food facilities).
- Coordinates with external contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders (like Production or IT) to ensure the design is executed on time and within budget.
- Designs spaces that promote employee health (ergonomics) and reduce environmental impact (energy-efficient lighting/HVAC).
- Has a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
