️ The Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Development Director to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of development and upgrade initiatives for a major venue. This role oversees the facilities team and external service providers to ensure operational readiness, preventative maintenance, and the long‑term sustainability of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of development, renovation, and expansion projects
• Manage the full project lifecycle from concept and approvals to procurement, scheduling, and quality control
