Key Responsibilities
Lead facilities management for a 300 mm semiconductor fabrication plant, with responsibility for MEP systems throughout design, construction, and operational phases.
Manage MEP concept design inputs and RFP preparation to ensure alignment with facility performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.
Supervise and coordinate EPC contractors and design consultants, monitoring design progress, technical compliance, schedule, and cost.
