Facilities Engineer (Electrical)

• Lead a group of technicians to maintain all the facilities, building, and services systems (BMS, Electrical etc)
• Perform Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance program according to procedure for all electrical & BMS systems
• Conduct troubleshooting and determine root cause for rectification works of all electrical & BMS systems
• Liaising and check with contractors on all electrical & BMS preventive and corrective works
• Comply with all Plant environment and safety guidelines
• Ensure sufficient critical spares inventory for all electrical & BMS system
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
• Standby duties as and when required for A&A or rectification works
• Any other ad hoc works assign by HOD
