Facilities Engineer

What You’ll Do:

Operation & Maintenance

• Oversee daily operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.

Optimization

• Implement energy‑saving initiatives and sustainability projects (e.g., LED lighting, smart sensors).
• Recommend upgrades to improve performance and reduce operational costs.

Project Management

• Lead facility‑related projects such as renovations, expansions, or system upgrades.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects meet compliance standards.
