Facilities Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or any related field.
• Professional license (Engineer) preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
• Supervise daily operation of utilities (HVAC, water, power, compressed air, etc.).
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building codes.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, installation, and preventive maintenance.
