Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

• Patrolling daily to ensure routine maintenance records, inspection checklist, and logbooks are in compliance.
• To oversee work schedule for technicians and contractors to ensure meet target delivery schedule and meet the requirements.
• To supervise and verify work done by contractors to ensure the work quality and 5S is performed after work completed.
• To check and reply internal customer highlighted issue and update the status whenever the issue is close.
• To support and assist for new project, renovation project and prepare the necessary documents such as reports, proposal, schedule, validation documents, protocol, standard operating procedure and checklist.
• To prepare CAD drawing and update drawing as per specification and As-Built condition.
• To assist for troubleshooting problem of equipment, system and identify the root cause, risk and propose solutions for the issue.
