Facilities Engineer (Nepo)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Engineer with expertise as a Licensed Electrical Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems, facilities, and equipment in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues related to building systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure optimal functioning of facilities.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance services.
