Facilities Engineer

Job description:

1. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of premises housing the electrical, HVAC, water systems, gases and other utilities.

2. Responsible for the proper storage, safekeeping and use of engineering tools, equipment spare parts and supplies.

3. Responsible for the proper start-up, operation, condition monitoring and shutdown of assigned equipment and utilities.

4. Responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of assigned equipment and facilities and preparation of corresponding documentation following approved procedures.

5. Responsible for the assembly and adjustment of assigned process equipment.

6. Assist the Engineering Supervisor in identifying the needs of the plant with regards to Engineering supplies and services.
