Facilities Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities or plant engineering within a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities management, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in project management and contractor supervision.
• Proactive, safety-oriented, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation of plant utilities including electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, water systems, fire protection, and other building facilities.
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead facility improvement and cost-reduction initiatives (energy-saving projects, utility optimization, etc.).
