Facilities Engineer（J51850）

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all installations, including heating, electricity, plumbing, equipment control, etc., as well as refurbishments of installations.
• Carry out documentation and payments of the different dependencies, which provide us with their services, water, electricity, rents, payments to the dependencies.
• Manage the maintenance of equipment, projects and supplies to comply with health, safety and external audit standards.
• Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Supervise facility staff and outside contractors.
• Manage insurance plans and service contracts.
• Maintain financial and non-financial records, perform analysis and forecasting.
• Manage personnel and provide schedule availability.
