Facilities Engineer/Senior Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&E Senior Facilities Engineer to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems at the site. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as supporting Addition & Alteration (A&A) works to ensure seamless campus facilities operations. The engineer will work closely with contractors, vendors, and the client to deliver efficient, safe, and sustainable facilities services.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) within the premises. Manage A&A works, including feasibility studies, project coordination, contractor supervision, and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
