A primary healthcare organization in Singapore is currently seeking candidates to join them as a Facilities Management Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the facilities in the assigned clinics by working closely with contractors and vendors
• Ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are carried out to the requirements
• Perform routine checks and contractor performance reviews with the objective of continuous improvement
• Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure their completion within budget and timeline
• Handle the administration and documentation to support all maintenance works and projects
• Ensure that the facility management and security pass the ESS and OHSAS certification
• Assist in new clinics developments
