Facilities Executive

Job scope:

• Organizing & supervising Facilities Management ServiceProviders team to ensure preventative maintenance, pest control, cleaning service, horticulture, security management
• Making sure all systems are always in serviceable & operational condition
• Attending to any breakdown & managing closure & incidents
• Reviewing equipment design & providing guidance & input in facilities
• Conducting analysis for reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
• Engaging with all external stakeholders to acquire required licenses
• Implementing & maintaining research & development’s sop
• Managing resources & facilities and processes to ensuring running operation
• Performing routine checks and scheduled preventive maintenance of key installations such as uninterrupted power supply and electrical panels
