Negotiate and manage service contracts for building maintenance, ensuring effective repairs and maintenance. Oversee the leasing of the company car fleet, including scheduling service and contract renewals. Identify and execute special projects aimed at improving building operations. Coordinate and supervise all maintenance work within the premises. Arrange for the disposal of general waste and approved items and documents at year-end. Manage the complete process for annual inspection and certification of building regulatory systems and equipment.
