Facility Manager / Technical Allrounder (m/w/d), 80-100%

CONTRACT: Permanent position

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance and management of the Tudor Pro Cycling Team headquarters, including the surrounding area

Performing minor repairs and maintenance work

Coordinating technicians and handling waste disposal

Operating the building management system and the fire alarm system

Assisting with the preparation and execution of sporting events

Ensuring safety, cleanliness and tidiness

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed technical apprenticeship in a technical field

Continuing Education in facility maintenance

Experience in building maintenance and repairs

Manual skills and technical understanding

Ability to work independently, reliably and in an organized manner

Residence within a 15-minute drive of Sursee
