Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Reports To: Chief Operations Officer

Job Level Required:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Facilities management
• College Graduate - Engineering Background/Facilities Management course
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Preferable a Safety Officer 2

Office Location: Cogon Ramos, Cebu City (landmark: near Sacred Heart Center)

Salary & Benefits:

• 30,000-40,000 monthly depending on experience and qualifications
