To become the focal point for the maintenance service from our FM Services Supply partners within the Pizza Express Operational Regions driving 1st Time Fix and asset investment to achieve optimum equipment uptime and reducing restaurant hours lost to Maintenance related closures. 

To coordinate all Maintenance activity including regular meetings, asset investment planning for key equipment and communication to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the maintenance work is completed on time and to budget.

What you’ll be doing:

• Monitor and evaluate Maintenance activity in the CAFM system including Compliance, reactive, planned, and quoted work tasks to ensure the work is delivered right first time, to the required SLA and on budget.
