Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Point person for all PMS Projects:

* PMS/Quality Audit of the third-party servicing

* Attend weekly meetings

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred.

PRC license (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer) is a plus.

Minimum 2–5 years experience in HVAC preventive maintenance or facilities management.

Proficient in MS Office, service management software, and PMS tracking tools.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple sites.
