Facilities Maintenance Staff

Job Purpose:

Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment within the brewery, production, and facility areas. Maintain sanitation standards critical to production operations while supporting overall facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning & Sanitation of Production Areas

•Maintain cleanliness of brewery production floors, storage areas, and surrounding equipment zones.

•Ensure proper disposal of waste, recyclables, and production by-products.

•Coordinate with Dennis for guidance on areas and equipment that can be safely cleaned to prevent contamination.

2.Equipment-Adjacent Area Cleaning

•Maintain cleanliness of drains, walkways, and worktables surrounding equipment.

•Ensure no obstruction or safety hazard is present in equipment zones.

3.Restroom, Locker, and Common Area Maintenance

•Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, break areas, and office spaces.
