Job Summary This position is responsible for skilled work in supervising and performing maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities. The candidate must be a self-starter and strong team member. Excellent customer service is an essential component; therefore, the candidate must possess experience and willingness to be a strong customer service agent. Illustrative Duties Supervises and participates in the work of maintenance personnel engaged in maintenance, repair, remodeling and renovation of various buildings and facilities. Assures that work is performed in accordance with accepted trade practices and in a safe manner with little waste of time and materials. Assigns work requests and schedules work within the Lucity computerized maintenance management system. Reads blueprints and/or sketches....
