Facilities Maintenance Technician

Overview

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machines to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility or production equipment issues.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, and systems to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
• Coordinate with external contractors or service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Ensure the building facilities and production areas are clean, safe, and in excellent working condition at all times.
