What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement strategies for the effective management and maintenance of the company's facilities, including buildings, equipment, and other assets
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of external service providers, such as cleaning, security, and maintenance contractors, to ensure seamless operations
• Identify and execute special projects that enhance the company's operations, improve efficiency, and contribute to the achievement of strategic goals
• Analyse and report on facility-related data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues and support the overall success of the organization
