Facilities Management Specialist

• Provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise
• Provide training to cleaners to ensure the client's expectations and company standards are met
• Project a professional image with proper grooming standards by ensuring that overall appearance is pleasant, clean and neat
• Basic inventory management
• Conducting ad hoc / throughout cleaning duties as requested by management
• Conduct covering duties on short notice for a cleaner who is on AL or MC
• Assist operating team in planning and execution of cleaning program
• Attend to client feedback and resolve the situation
• Delivery of items to different sites (Portable items)
• Assist the operation team in conducting interviews and recruitment (When required)
• Any other duties required by the management
