Digiaccel Learning is looking to hire an Facility Management Associate to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
As an Facility Management Specialist, you will primarily support the PGP function from an administrative and operations standpoint. You will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating internal logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for employees, students and visitors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, and general administrative activities.
This role includes managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating meeting and event logistics, handling vendor interactions, maintaining records and documentation, and supporting basic HR and facility-related tasks.
