Facilities Management Specialist

This is a pre-award opportunity located on Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean.
The Contractor shall assign an FMS to each facility to serve as a resource for facility clients to process and acquire the status of all work orders. The same assigned FMS shall be responsible for collecting and ensuring correct facility data and information are entered into Maximo.
(GS-1640) Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study -- engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration. Or experience that provided a knowledge of the practices and procedures related to property management, maintenance, materials requirements, and building operation and repair. This experience may have been gained in work such as budget or report preparation, maintenance of property and financial records, or trades or crafts work requiring technical knowledge or judgment.
