Facilities Management Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director - Head of Building Management, representing the JLL Property and Asset Management Services (PAMS) team.
• Oversee security, technical and soft services operations of the TFM service providers; ensure quality assurance and quality control of daily facilities management operations, adhering to industry best practices.
• Provide OPEX and CAPEX budgeting requirements, financial forecasts, and P&Ls; prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Assist in the preparation of governance documents, property operations plan, property regulations/rules, policies and procedures; support procurement requests for approvals.
• Consult with clients, tenants, and contractors with strong negotiation skills, interacting confidently with stakeholders while representing the Landlord/client.
