Facilities Management Team Lead

The Facilities Management Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of JFC's facilities and support services.

• Availability and effectiveness of Emergency Response System and Procedures
• Budget Management System
• Compliance
• Ensure Sustainability of EHS Programs and Activities
• Ensure effective implementation of management systems and procedures
• Provide technical support to other commissaries

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, and possess a valid engineering license.
• At least three to five (3-5) years of experience in professional facilities and property management.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
