Facilities Management Team Leader

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for interpretation of client's requirement, research new developments and innovations and turn those ideas into technical plans. Consider cost, timeliness, effectiveness, and safety of new designs. Write and present reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facilities management.
2. Ensures that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
3. Coordinates with vendors and contractors to ensure the timely completion of projects and hired services.
4. Plans, coordinates, and strategize development for ensuring the long-term improvement of the facilities.
5. Ensures that facilities are kept clean and remain compliant with health and safety regulations.
