About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Manager to join one of our clients. This role is responsible for ensuring our tenancy and systems are running efficiently, safely and productively always for our workers (employees, Board and Committee members). The Facilities Manager provides oversight and when needed, hands-on assistance to manage maintenance schedules, effective governance, strong contractor management and expert leadership to a team of Facilities Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement strategic team change initiatives at the direction/discretion of the National Director Employee Services in conjunction with the Senior Partner Change and Property Conduct reviews of facilities processes, including working in partnership with Ahpra’s Health Safety and Wellbeing team to deliver practical, current, efficient and compliant facilities management outcomes Provide expert facilities management industr...
