We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of building maintenance, security, cleaning, and essential services. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment while coordinating contractors, managing facilities staff, and handling emergency or security-related matters.Minimum Requirements:

Matric / equivalent qualification

Health & Safety accreditation

3–5 years’ facilities management experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Security Manager

Valid driver’s license

Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Computer literate (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook)
