Job Description:

1. Oversee vendor operations and service contracts for administrative and facility-related services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with service standards.
2. Supervise and coordinate support staff to maintain efficient office operations.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and external partners to facilitate services and meet SEZ operational requirements.
4. Manage purchasing of administrative, facility and monitor inventory levels for office supplies and pantry items.
5. Prepare and maintain reports, trackers and documentation using relevant system applications.
6. Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external events.
7. Verify and submit vendor bills for payment.
8. Administer employee, assets and vehicle insurance policies.
