Facilities Manager - LSF

SMX is seeking a Facilities Manager provide subject matter expert (SME) support for the facilities management and access control in Sembawang, Singapore. Must be a motivated, self-starter and be able to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Should have excellent organizational and communications skills.

**This position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret SCI which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.**

**This position is working onsite in Sembawang, Singapore.**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Required to live the work site to meet 24/7 facilities emergency response requirement within 60-minutes or less from emergency notification or recall by the client leadership.
