Role Overview
We are hiring Facility Managers / Senior Facility Managers to manage day-to-day operations, infrastructure management, and customer care for high-rise residential properties. The role requires strong technical knowledge of building systems, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage residents, vendors, and on-site teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Property Operations & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee daily operations of high-rise residential buildings, including MEP systems, lifts, fire safety systems, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, STP/WTP, and civil works
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards
Vendor & Manpower Management
