Position Overview:

The Facilities Manager will be taking charge of our day-to-day operations and facilities—keeping the driver hub and warehouse and offices running smoothly. From managing driver support centers to ensuring our workspaces are efficient and safe, you'll be at the heart of making our service reliable and scalable.

This role will oversee the end-to-end management of Xpress facilities across head office (Brixton), regional branches (Bataan), offshore sites (Boracay), and soon-to-open offices like El Nido and other locations as the company grows. Responsibilities include:

• Office and Warehouse Maintenance: Oversee day-to-day upkeep such as air-conditioning cleaning, light replacement, plumbing, and door/structural repairs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
