Job Description
The Facilities Manager ensures the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of the company's shared service center facilities. This role oversees building infrastructure, office space planning, vendor management, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The Facilities Manager plays a critical role in creating a productive and secure work environment for employees in a high-volume, 24/7 BPO setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Operations & Maintenance
Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented and adhered to.
Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
Space Planning & Optimization
Oversee office layout planning to accommodate business growth and operational needs.
