1. Facility Operations & Maintenance

2. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, utilities, and equipment.

3. Manage electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and general maintenance systems.

4. Ensure uninterrupted operation of power, water, air, and other critical utilities.

5. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

6. Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH, Fire Code, PEZA (if applicable), and local government regulations.

7. Implement safety programs, inspections, and emergency preparedness plans.

8. Address hazards, incidents, and corrective actions.
