Contract Management

• Manage and maintain all facilities-related contracts (e.g., housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, technical maintenance).
• Coordinate contract renewals, bidding processes, and supplier accreditation in alignment with company policies.
• Track contract performance, service-level adherence, timelines, and deliverables.
• Consolidate contract documentation, compliance requirements, and budget submissions for Mall Operations.

Agency Management

• Oversee and evaluate service agencies deployed across community malls.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance compliance, and performance output of agencies.
• Handle escalation of service issues and coordinate resolutions with agency supervisors.
